Every aspect of the house, from its spatial layout to material choices, responds to the site’s existing ecology with purpose and restraint. The result is a concrete dwelling that feels sculpted by the trees themselves, a structure shaped as much by foliage and sunlight as by geometry and form.

At the heart of the house lies a double-height central bay oriented east to west, with a neem tree standing as its spiritual and spatial anchor. This void connects the home’s two wings and becomes a daily gathering spot for the family. An open-air sanctuary beneath a living canopy.

MS House is a layered response to context, a study in restraint, and a reflection of how Brutalist architecture can evolve. Studio Saransh crafts not just a home, but a way of living where trees are not obstacles but guides. It is a project that quietly redefines the possibilities of concrete, proving that architecture rooted in care, collaboration, and context can be both bold and deeply human.
